This Life is a community development organization with programs focused on three practice areas:

This Life typically works with communities that have the greatest challenges yet the desire and the drive to enact change. What they need are the tools, training, skills and initial support to tackle their community’s specific development issues.
The organization’s approach enables communities to develop the essential infrastructure and skills needed to make changes and break free from poverty. The unifying factor in everything they do is to work alongside communities, listening to their needs and concerns.
Their programs have evolved organically, based on their experience in service delivery, and on the needs communities identify through their consultative processes. As a result, many of their programs are interlinked. They have entry and exit strategies for all of their work so that over time their involvement decreases as capacity and skills increase within communities.
This Life is a Global Grassroots Justice Prize award-winning and well-respected community development NGO with eight programs in three provinces (Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Banteay Meanchey). They are registered in Cambodia as an International NGO, as a Public Benevolent Institution in Australia, and Governance and Professional Practice (GPP) certified by the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC)
