China Molybdenum Company Limited is the largest molybdenum producer in Mainland China and top 5 in the world listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. It is one of the largest tungsten producers in the world, and is the second largest Cobalt and Niobium Producer and the leading Copper producer worldwide.

The headquarters of the company is at Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The chairman is Yuan Honglin, elected in June 2020.

On 26 April 2007, China Molybdenum was listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its stock was closed at HK$10.28, which was 60% greater than HK$6.8, the IPO price. It was one of the stocks with the greatest surplus in stock price at the first trading day in 2007.

China Molybdenum joined the Hang Seng China Enterprise Index from 2007 to 2010. Among its holdings is the Tenke Fungurume Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The mine holds copper, as well as cobalt for lithium-ion batteries.
