Japan Cherry Blossom Festival 2019 in Ha Noi is an event for the annual Cherry Blossom exhibition, cultural exchange, investment promotion, and annual tourism held regularly in March every year since 2016. With the section The purpose of introducing and promoting the image, beauty of Japanese culture, country and people to Vietnamese people, promoting cultural and economic exchanges between the two countries.
