Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (LNUTCM), founded in 1958 in Shenyang, is one of the earliest higher education institutions specialized in traditional Chinese medicine in China, and is the only university in the province to train and educate professionals in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Pharmacy, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Chinese Massage and other related disciplines.
The university now has five disciplines of medicine, science, engineering, management and arts. It has more than 10,000 students and offers 21 master programs and 10 doctoral program.
