Muong Thanh – The Largest private hotel chain in Vietnam
Since the first appearance of Muong Thanh Hotel in 1996 in Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province, the hotel chain with the same name have been developing and spreading across many cities and provinces in Vietnam. By November 29, 2012, Muong Thanh Hotels had 18 hotels in big cities and provinces such as : Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, Nghe An, Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ba Ria – Vung Tau with five 3-star-hotels, ten 4-star-hotels and three 5-star-hotels (Muong Thanh Que Huong in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa; Muong Thanh Thanh Nien in Ha Long, Quang Ninh and Muong Thanh Song Lam in Vinh, Nghe An)
In Nghe An province’s area, there are 4 Muong Thanh Hotel : Muong Thanh Vinh (Near Vinh Station), Muong Thanh Thanh Nien (Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh), Muong Thanh Song Lam (Quang Trung Street, Vinh) and Muong Thanh Dien Chau (Dien Chau town, Dien Chau District)
Mr Le Tran Truong An – Editor in Chief of Vietnam Book of Records awarded Vietnam Records to Mr Le Thanh Than – Chairman of Muong Thanh Hotels.
May 19 2013, at the Opening Ceremony of 5-star-hotel Muong Thanh Song Lam in Vinh city, Nghe An Province, Vietnam book of Records have awarded the Vietnam record for “The Largest Private hotel chain in Vietnam”
Presently, the total number of Muong Thanh rooms are more than 3600, in the larger hotels such as Muong Thanh Que Huong, Nha Trang, the number of rooms are 500, Muong Thanh Song Lam with the same number. In the future development, Muong Thanh Hotels will continue to spread across another provinces and cities in Vietnam and continuously improve the quality to maintain the record ““The Largest Private hotel chain in Vietnam”
